When I named the company, I chose BiG Square for a reason that may seem contradictory at first. We live in a world that is, by nature, round. It’s flowing, boundless, and constantly turning. For me, BiG Square is that container. It’s a symbol that even though the world is vast and round, our products create a defined, special space where all the good things fit. It represents the idea that everything you value in this wide world can find a home with us.
My Engineering of the Heart
As an engineer, my first instinct is quality control. So, from day one, two principles have been non-negotiable: Quality and Promise Transparency. I believe that every person, especially what I lovingly call the "mediocre people" (the everyday heroes, the backbone of our communities), deserves a product that not only lasts but is exactly what was promised. You work hard for your money, and you deserve a hard-working product that’s honest and true.
